You can transfer and record to other media July 27, 2010 Andrew R. Seiler 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Some posters here thought that you could not transfer your files to another format for recording or saving to other media. I though this too at first but you have the option to transfer all files to .wav format, using the software that installs with the USB RCA recorder being reviewed here...from there you can transfer the file to a .WAV file and then you can easily convert to MP3 using commercial, consumer software, freeware etc... you can them put them on another MP3 player, flash drive or save them to a CD-
Not sure how good the product is as I've only had it in use now for 3 days.
Light and easy to use recorder July 26, 2010 AJ Cubbie 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This recorder is light and easy to use. It is small enough to fit in your pocket and picks up voices all around.
Simply simple, passes inspection in any direction. July 22, 2010 Captain Planet 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Here's a fine little trinket. I bought this item to record my freestyles when I'm ridin' dirty in my v-dub. I turn up the volume in the car, put the recorder on my lap and just grind out sick-nasty flows on oven fresh beats. I gotta keep the windows down because you know how I like to keep it breezy. So with the windows down, music blaring, and my yelling over the top of it all, this recorder keeps up pretty good.
This recorder is easier to use than the american middle class. I like that it comes with a case.
However, in the end I returned it and went with a model that can transfer files onto my computer. Overall this is a good product; compact, so-so sound quality, great microphone, very easy to use.
I went with the Sony ICD-PX820 Digital Voice Recorder (Black), an additional $22.00 but well worth it.
HANDY DANDY RECORDER July 22, 2010 S. S. Cox (Portland, ME) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This records and plays back well and is a good product for the money. It does have limitations, however. You can't go backwards and forwards within a frame and there is nothing but your memory (mine isn't good enough)to remind you where you recorded something. There are 5 "indexes" and within each you can make 10 or so notes. It just can be a problem to find them. So a more expensive one might be worthwhile.Olympus Digital Voice Recorder (VN 6200PC)
Singing Away June 29, 2010 D. German (Virginia Beach, VA) I bought this item to record lyrics I have written. The playback is great.
