Great sound Quality and comfort, but... August 22, 2010 Subpilot (CA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
The range is very lacking. The bluetooth receiver for the headset is on the left ear and I have discovered that if I place my phone in my right pocket and move around your leg and head that my body will actually block the signal. If I lightly cup my hand over the left ear I can cut out the signal from only 5 feet away and if I walk apprx 10-15 feet away and turn my left ear away from the phone then I again will lose reception. They really should have designed the antenna to go all the way through the headband to prevent this frustating problem. Other than this, the sound quality is first class, they are very comfortable on my head and I went for a quick run and they were very secure on my ears. For the price I do recommend but be aware of the reception issue.
Note: If anyone is not having the reception problem please let me know... I could have a defective unit? Would be good to know!
Buyer BEWARE! August 17, 2010 Analog4Life 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I saw the attractive reviews for these bluetooth headphones and bought them on Amazon last month, July, 2010. They shipped quickly and arrived looking as indicated, however, they did not function as indicated (sync function did not work, thus the headphones were useless). I looked for a customer service number and found to my surprise that there was no customer service number. Instead I had to call through to the sales office for [...], the parent company that produces Nuvelli. It took several calls to get through to someone who would help me. After that, I was routed through 4 different individuals, who each passed my service request on to others, often after long delays without response. I was asked to pay to ship the item back to them, and then to pay shipping again to have the replacement shipped to me!! It is now 40 days after originally ordering the item and I've not yet had the opportunity to use them, and have wasted countless hours dealing with customer service. I can tell you that I'm highly doubtful that I will ever receive a new, working version of the headset.
A strong warning for anyone who wishes to deal with this unknown brand who clearly do not feel customer service is an important part of their business model.
Nice! August 12, 2010 BuyerBewarMan (USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
These headphones deliver decent quality sound without the hassle and the dorky look of a corded headset.
A lack of comfort during extended wear is the only concern I have. I did replace the in-ear pieces with softer, smaller pieces from a different set. This really improved the comfort...the sound quality and convenience far outweigh the slight discomfort. It's probably my fat head anyway!

Great sound; voice command works great; I would recommend these to anyone who has ever caught the cord on something and had your earbuds rocket out of your ears with a resounding, "pop!"
Its great June 22, 2010 C. Bowers 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
These bluetooth headphones are great. They have really good sound, were easy to pair, and are actually pretty comfortable. The only problem some may have is with the distance it gets, I only get about 10-15 feet away (depending on walls) and it starts cutting out. I intend to use these with my iPhone which will be in my pocket so its not a big deal to me, but I know some may find it a negative. They are really secure, good for exercising. I like them alot!
