awesome September 1, 2010 schuener My husband loves his new weather radio. He was impressed with the small size he can transport anywhere!
Weather radio August 15, 2010 Tom (CT) This is a nice radio, compact and easy to use. It picked up a signal in a place where other radios haven't worked.
Good radio for the price! July 25, 2010 Ashley Carmichael Everything works well. The radio reception is sometimes fuzzy and it eats through batteries pretty quick if you keep it on alert, but buying some rechargable batteries fixes that problem. It was definitely a good investment.
Good Little Radio July 24, 2010 Roy (WI) This is a fun little radio. When I got it I was surprised that it was about the size of a small cell phone. But I decided to keep it and now I am glad I did. The small size is an advantage in that I can easily slip it into my purse or pocket when we go out. It does not have SAME technology so you will get alerts that don't pertain to your area but the reception is pretty good, I've never not been able to get a channel, even while out camping. It appears to be well built and it is very handy to have weather alerts and information at the touch of a button.
Great for camping and travelling July 14, 2010 Norman J. Wozny (Omaha NE) Easy to use. The first day we had it we were in a bad storm with hail and high winds and we were able to track the path of the storm while we sat it out in our car. I like the ease of use and it seems to pick up stations in most areas. Sometimes I have to turn it off and on a couple of times before the signal comes in without static. The sound quality is just "OK". If I turn the volume up much past mid range, the sound is badly distorted. Jim
